you flourish within the wildness of life.

Movement Classes

Come along on a movement journey of exploration and self-expression. Each class includes a combination of gentle flow yoga, self-directed free form movement, and mindfulness practices. Classes end with restorative/ yin yoga postures to help balance the nervous system and unwind the body. No yoga, dance, or fitness experience needed. All are welcome.
