Wildflower Wellbeing

Wildflower Wellbeing offers embodied movement and yoga classes to help you feel at home and alive in your body. Classes combine gentle flow yoga, self-directed free form movement, and restorative/ yin yoga. Through self-compassion and tuning into our body we can come to respect the wisdom, stories, trauma, and truths our body holds. Embodied living can lead to greater resilience, joy, and peace.  We can flourish within the wildness of life.

Your Journey

You know what's best for you. Your body is good and wise.

And sometimes we become detached or disconnected from our body and its resourcefulness. Many of us were taught our bodies can't always be trusted. We may have experienced physical or emotional harm and our body was not a safe place to inhabit. Maybe we have practiced living mind over matter or felt as though we are waging war against our physical body. It can be challenging for all of these reasons to be fully present in our body.

Wildflower Wellbeing movement classes offer an opportunity for mindful self-compassion, to listen kindly to your body, and to move in a way that unlocks greater connectedness, freedom, and joy.

"I think that what we're seeking is an experience of being alive, so that our life experiences on the purely physical plane will have resonances with our own innermost being and reality, so that we actually feel the rapture of being alive."

Joseph Campbell
