Movement Classes

Wildflower Wellbeing embodied movement and yoga classes are designed to help you feel at home and alive in your body. Come along on a journey of exploration and self-expression tapping into the body's wisdom and healing intelligence. Each class includes a combination of:

  • Gentle flow yoga

  • Self-directed free form movement

  • Mindfulness practices

  • Restorative and yin yoga 

Strengthen your ability to remain rooted and flourish within the wildness of life. No yoga, dance, or fitness experience needed. All are welcome.
